If you regret your purchase:

You have a 30 day right of cancellation. You can return Christmas gift in whole January. You pay for the return.

The right of cancellation expires 30 days after the day that you:

a) have received the product

b) physically receive the last product - in the event of that you have made a purchase of multiple products placed in one order and delivered separately.

c) physically receive the last shipment or the last part in the event of delivery of a product, which consists of multiple shipments or parts.  

If you wish to return your purchase you are required to notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. This should be done by sending an e-mail to In your e-mail you must make it very clear that you wish to make use of your right of cancellation. You can also use our standard form which you will receive along with your order. 

You cannot cancel your order simply by refusing to receive it and not give us any clear notification about your wish to cancel and return the order.

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and within 30 days after you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

When returning a product you are responsible that it is packed properly and securely.

You bear the risk and responsibility from the time of delivery.

The condition of the product when you send it back

You are only liable for any reduction of the product's value, which has resulted from handling of the product other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the function of the product. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the product has been tried and tested beyond what has been described above, we consider it a used product. This means that if you regret the purchase, you can only get part or none of the money back, depending on the product's commercial value.

In order to receive the entire amount that you paid for the product, the requirements are the same as in a physical store. You may try on the product, but you cannot make actual use of it.

Repayment of the amount paid:

If you regret your purchase, of course, you will get back the same amount that you have paid. In the event of an impairment of the product's quality, which you are liable for, the decrease in value will be counted against the price that you paid.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have supplied us with evidence of having sent back the product.

If there is something wrong with the item (warranty)

The Danish Sale of Goods Act's rules and regulations on shortcomings may apply to purchases. When you purchase a product through there is a 24 month warranty. This means that you can either have the product repaired, replaced, get a refund or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the product or other tortious behavior.

How soon should I send my complaint?

You must send your complaint within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

In order for you to enter an agreement with us, we need the following information: your name, address, phone number, and email address. We register this personal information about you for the purpose of delivering goods to you. Your personal information is registered by furbysofie and is kept for five years, after which the data is deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens with your consent, so that you are informed on exactly what information is collected and why.

Information provided to furbysofie is in NO WAY transmitted or sold in any way to third parties, and we will not record any sensitive personal information.

NOTE! If you have an agreement with for example a review site this will be considered as information that is passed to third parties. You must inform us about this and specify who you disclose the information to.

As someone who is registered through furbysofie you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to gain insight into what information is recorded about you.
